Disney was mostly hands-off with “Deadpool and Wolverine” but there was one joke they would NOT allow, and now we know what it was.

In the final cut of the movie, Deadpool says, “[Eff], NOW Disney gets cheap?  It’s like Pinocchio jammed his face in my [butt] and started lying like crazy.”

Come to find out, the ORIGINAL line in the script was, “Disney is so cheap.  I can barely breathe with all this Mickey Mouse [wiener] in my throat.” Mickey told them to cut it, so Ryan pitched the “Pinocchio” joke and Mickey loved it! He was like, “H-Hey, that’s pretty funny. Pinocchio is nothing but a lying little wooden [b-word]!”

Fans already knew the line was a replacement line because Shawn Levy (director) said so over the summer. He also said that he and Ryan Reynolds were planning on taking that original gag to their graves. Now they don’t have to because the original script for “Deadpool and Wolverine” is available for all to read... on a Disney website.

So, which line do you think is funnier?

To me, the Pinocchio joke is a funnier line.
