‘Becoming Led Zeppelin’ Finally Hits IMAX Theaters In Florida, And Nationwide, This February

If you haven’t heard about the long anticipated documentary Becoming Led Zeppelin then you’ve been miising out. The rumors that this movie even existed had persisted for years. Why is it such a big deal? Because it is the first, and only, officially sanctioned doc about one of the world’s biggest bands to ever be released. Of course there have been lots of films about Led Zeppelin, but this is the first, and only one to be both approved by, and featuring the members of the band. Everything else was just cobbled together from old interviews and someone’s fandom. But this film features interviews with Jones, Page, and Plant, and official archival footage of the band and many of their concerts.

And now its finally coming to theaters, in IMAX, this February.

Here’s the amazing looking trailer:

Its won’t be in every IMAX by any means but you can find a showing near you, and hopefully grab tickets early because with very few showings these tickets will go fast. Here are the mid-Florida theaters I’ve found showing it starting on February 6th, with showtimes at 4pm and 7pm, most days.
