Colorado Had To Replace Their ‘Mile 420′ Marker Sign Because Stoners Kept Stealing It

I’m sure this isn’t the only state where the mile marker 420 goes missing, but its clearly a bigger problem in Colorado where they were one of the first states to legalize marijuana. That’s why, as of now, there is no longer a mile marker anywhere near the 420 mark. At one point they tried replacing it with a mile 419.99 marker, but of course people stole that one too. Now there’s just nothing. Not that there’s really anything at that point anyway. Its just east of a town called Stratton. Well, it was. Now the mile signs in Colorado go from 421 to 419.
